Any data you submit via email to office@irsolicitors.co.uk or through this website will be held by Immigration Rights Solicitors Ltd as a data controller and will be held securely in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018 for a 12-month period until it is confidentially and securely destroyed.

How we use your data

Your data shall not be disclosed to any third parties without your authority or as otherwise allowed by the relevant Data Protection legislation and will only be used for responding to your query (or purposes associated with that purpose), including providing legal advice and representation where you instruct us.

How we collect data

As data controllers, Immigration Rights Solicitors Ltd collect, process and store personal information that is provided to us. We collect data primarily through the provision of legal services to you and, where we have your consent, from sources such as medical institutions and the Home Office.

We may retain information in other circumstances — for example when you contact us, we may keep records of the correspondence, and information may be obtained from third parties such as clients or other law firms.

Our services are not aimed at children; where children are involved, we are instructed by parents or guardians representing the child.
